Confidential Alcohol Detox

We are a residential detox facility located in Sacramento County, CA. If you or a loved one is addicted to a stimulant; meth, cocaine or crack we can help. Although this withdrawal is not life threatening you may need a safe place where you will not be able to use. Entering detox allows you that opportunity. That is why you need to start your recovery at Clean And Sober Detox. We offer a confidential and safe residential detox for adults, for this type of withdrawal your stay would be 5 days. We accept intakes 24 hours a day. Private rooms are available. Clients are supervised 24 hours a day. Detox is not crazy like you see on TV. Clean And Sober Detox provides detox in a safe and tranquil environment located in Fair Oaks, CA.

Our ‘in house’ program consists of about four hours of daily activities: reading from recovery books in a group, viewing an educational video about the disease of addiction and 12 Step meetings. This allows you to get an education about your disease and a clear head to make further treatment decisions with a counselor. Clients also have time to ‘just relax’, eat, sleep or watch TV throughout the day.

We accept only 6 clients at a time, thus allowing clients to have more individual care with staff and a more peaceful detox. Our qualified counselors will assist you through the process and journey to your new life of recovery. Prior to completion clients are assessed to determine the next suitable step. We help you set obtainable goals and support our clients to continue in their recovery at the appropriate level of care
